Our department averages around 600 calls a month to the over 35,000 citizens and visitors of our community. EMS Director, Drew James

Drew James has served as the EMS Director for Toombs-Montgomery EMS since 2017 and has been part of the department since 2008. A proud graduate of Vidalia High School, Georgia Southern University, and Southeastern Technical College, Drew remains actively involved in advancing EMS education and services. He serves on the Southeastern Technical College Advisory Committee for the EMS program and is a member of the Georgia Office of EMS Region IX Council. Drew lives in Toombs County with his wife, Kathryn, and their two children, Kayla and Austin.
