District Court Administrator
The District Court Administrator, Bob Nadekow, oversees the efficient management and administration of court operations to ensure timely and fair judicial processes.

Emergency Management Agency (EMA)

Landfill
The Toombs County Landfill offers safe and efficient disposal services for residential and commercial waste.
Magistrate Court
Handles small claims, landlord-tenant disputes, and issues warrants and summonses.
Probate Court
Manages wills, estates, guardianships, marriage licenses, weapons carry permits, and birth and death certificates for Toombs County.
